Delayed arrival will limit the time of your experience, it can also reduce the effectiveness of your treatment so we ask for you to arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We are by appointment only, so kindly give us a 24 hours advanced notice from your scheduled appointment time to cancel or reschedule. Failure to provide such notice you will not be able to get your deposit back or a refund.
